MEDICAL INFORMATION
Inform us if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of prior to the service. The L’Belle Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.
THE TWO THINGS WE NEED TO KNOW TO SERVICE YOU BETTER
We need to know 2 things:
- Your time of arrival, and
- The time you intend to start your treatment. Some guests like to take a few moments in between to take a rest.
TIME IS PRECIOUS SO BE COURTEOUS
For a hassle-free experience, we highly appreciate your arrival thirty minutes prior to your appointment. In addition, a fifteen-minute grace period is provided; however, please be aware that delays may have an impact on your treatment time, and that walk-in guests may be given your appointment time if you are delayed.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend, please call at least three hours in advance as a courtesy to our trained professionals.
TWELVE AND UNDER
A waiver must be signed by an adult at the Front Desk for minors who are twelve years old and under.
WAITING GAME.
Our spas have limited space. As a courtesy to others, please meet your companions not undergoing treatments including children after your service.
QUIET
An oasis of tranquility can be found at the L’Belle Spa, and in order not to disturb the other guests, please lower your voice when you talk, and set your mobile phone to silent mode when talking. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VALUABLES
Any loss or damage to your personal belongings is not the responsibility of management. The best thing to do is to leave anything of value at home.
